In this role, you will lead the design and execution of complex distribution projects. This role offers the chance to work on critical energy infrastructure while growing within a dynamic and expanding firm.   Key Responsibilities + Lead the planning, design, and execution of overhead and underground distribution systems for both gas and electric networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices + Perform detailed engineering calculations and develop design documents, including plans, specifications, and drawings + Prepare and review technical plans, specifications, and construction drawings to support project execution + Utilize PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS, and other engineering software to develop precise and efficient designs + Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, and environmental engineer + Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes + Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and client-specific guidelines + Identify and mitigate project risks while supporting scope changes and adjustments. + Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development opportunities. + Support the preparation of RFP responses and participate in business development activities. + Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. + 8+ years of experience in gas and/or electric distribution engineering (EPC experience preferred). + Professional Engineer (PE) license required. + Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, MicroStation, PLS-CADD, and MathCADD. + Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
