As a Senior District Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the Regional Business Director (RBD). You will help the Rare Disease Account Executives (RDAEs) adopt a competitive, patient-focused mindset, based on strong marketplace understanding. In collaboration with the RBD, you will help sales teams prioritize the greatest opportunities and drive performance. You should be comfortable overseeing teams working in a variety of market situations. (i.e., multiple therapeutic areas, first-in-class markets, highly competitive markets, etc.). Your primary responsibilities will include:

Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirementRequired Skills and Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, or biotech sales specifically selling or managing sales teams for FDA-approved products to licensed healthcare professionals.Valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States.Ability to travel up to 60%.Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate.Preferred Skills and Experience
Proven management and supervisory experience coaching and motivating a team.Completion of a JJ Management Development Program (Field Development Program, DM Prep Program) or equivalent management experience.Prior experience in rare diseases, particularly in neurology and hematology.This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program.
