Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To build up a profitable business with Franchise customers in line with our brand values and marketing objectives thus developing an independent pillar of wholesale business and increasing share of „controlled distribution“.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the franchise p&l channel Set objectives, strategies, tactics and business plans in the market Relationship management with existing Franchise customers Collaboration with Real State in negotiation with developers and searching of new localities for new stores To develop Franchise strategy and to increase a Franchise business model serving the specific needs of Franchise customers with the support of the District Managers. Responsibility for forecasting of this sales group In coordination with the wholesale representatives teams (field & kkaa) ensure pre and re-order buying Review and approve the lay out for each new project Build and implement all reports to governance and control the Franchise business To build and develop a client portfolio as an entrepreneur, identifying Franchising opportunities and partners to support the Iberia Franchise expansion from 2009 to 2020 Franchise project management (end-to-end approach, from acquisition of the strategically partner, finding locations, opening the Franchise store, delivery of products to marketing support activities) Work closely and cooperate with all direct reports and support Departments (Sales, Marketing, Logistic, IT and Finance) of the Company to facilitate Franchise channel’s needs Responsibility for managing of outstanding debts to staff most suitable persons in direct report positions in alignment with local HR to manage daily workload of subordinations setting personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports to develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job to ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces

Improve efficiency at Point of sales Retail space performance/quality Meet agreed timelines Retail KPI´S understanding and driving their continuous improvement Active coaching of store managers
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High analytical skills for strategy development, business planning decision planning Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills, people management High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, retail, trade marketing, customer service, finance and controlling) Strong decision taking and determination and shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business. Advanced MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word skills and advanced MS PowerPoint skills Advanced English Knowledge Creativity, proactivity and common sense
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in business ideally with sales & marketing focus Functional: > 7 years’ experience in sales, marketing and / or consulting area Industry: consumer driven Exposure: trade marketing Fluent in English and Portuguese (oral and written)
