DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

o Responsible for occupational health programs (Medical Surveillance).

o Coordinate medical activities of Health and Wellness Program.

o Provides medical attention to associates involved in occupational injury/illness incidents.

o Provides support in injury/illness incident and ERGO investigations.

o Provide support to EHS programs.

o Follows all company EHS policies and other safety precautions within the work area.

o Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.

o Follow JJ and Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records andthird-party vendor if applicable.

o Organize and coordinate the Medical Preventive Campaigns.

o Comply with GHS Medical Training.

o Provide applicable Global Health Services training to new hire associates.

o Participates in Medical Education Planning.

o Comply with Medical Legal requirements.

o Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.

o Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level (Medical Site Lead).

o For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.

o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

o Performs other duties assigned as needed.

o 3-5 years of related experience in occupational health services - preferred

o Occupational Health Training (Diplomats, training courses, specialist, master, others) - preferred

o Experience in Office and digital skills.

o Experience using medical device equipment.

o Able to enter data on spread sheet and database applications.

o Ability to communicate effectively with the people.

o Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public.

o Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and in to comply civil rights requirements.

o Bilingual: B2 English / Spanish

o GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.

o Knowledge of Mexican Health regulations.

o Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power point, electronic mail system, analysis and development of data bases preferred.
