Job description
The Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer is responsible for the development, configuration, integration, administration and technical support for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) application. This individual will participate in the continued rollout of Dynamics 365 and all subsequent CRM development projects. Important to this role is the ability to develop solutions to address the people, process and technology needs of the organization and to understand business challenges and translate them into process/technical solutions, all while adhering to organizational values.
Role & Responsibilities
* Participate in the development, configuration and integration of Dynamics 365 mapping business requirements and processes to the CRM solutions.
* Provide post-production technical support to end users.
* Work with the client's existing team to assist with their Dynamics 365 CE implementation with a focus on D365 Sales and D365 Marketing
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience working with JavaScript, C#, .NET, ASP, HTML, CSS, and database platforms including SQL Server
* Hands-on development and administration experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including configuration and customization experience.
* Experience in Plug-In development, Portal development along with Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Pages, Flows and PowerApps)Apply
