Key Responsibilities:Lead technical development for the enterprise CRM/ERP platform, ensuring solutions align with both business objectives and enterprise architecture best practices.Develop, test, and implement reliable software enhancements, providing post-implementation support, QA testing, and user acceptance testing.Collaborate with stakeholders and integration partners to estimate, design, and implement CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and ERP modules (Business Central, Finance, Operations).Ensure the CRM/ERP system is consistently available, optimized for performance, and secure in handling sensitive data.Build, configure, and maintain CRM/ERP system components using advanced tools or custom code where necessary.Generate functional and technical design documentation, offering best practices and solution alternatives.Assist in creating and managing test cases for user acceptance and quality assurance testing.Plan, organize, and prioritize projects, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any emerging issues.Qualifications:
EducationPost-secondary education in Computer Science, IT, or related fields OR equivalent experience.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred (CRM and ERP).ExperienceExpertise in programming languages like C#, .NET, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, HTML, and FetchXML.Strong database management skills, including SQL.7–10 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP solutions.Experience with custom connectors, plugins, and controls.Solid understanding of data modeling and data integration with Dataverse.Experience with Azure cloud services and system integrations.Familiarity with both Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.Preferred experience in enterprise-level environments, particularly within healthcare or fee-for-service organizations, with budgets ranging from $250k to $1M.Additional SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.Ability to stay composed and problem-solve in challenging situations.Adaptable, creative, and solution oriented.Strong organizational and time management skills.Deep understanding of cloud computing, business drivers, and emerging technology trends.Service-oriented with the ability to prioritize and assess the operational significance of issues effectively.
