Key Know-How:Domain Architecture for Sales and Marketing: Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture for the sales and marketing domain, aligning it with the company's overall business goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that support sales and marketing efforts, ensuring scalability, performance, and data security.Lead the evaluation and selection of technology stacks and platforms that enhance sales and marketing capabilities.Lead-to-Cash Process:Possess in-depth knowledge of the entire lead-to-cash process, including lead generation, customer acquisition, pricing, quoting, order management, and revenue recognition.Define and implement strategies to streamline and optimize the lead-to-cash process, improving efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing the overall customer experience.Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless and integrated lead-to-cash lifecycle.Transformation to Software Business:Drive the transformation of our business model from traditional sales to selling software products and services online.Collaborate with stakeholders to define software product offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.Architect the technical infrastructure/applications needed to support online software sales, including licensing, digital delivery, and subscription management.Subscription Management:Design and implement a robust subscription management system to support various software product offerings.Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and customer management for subscription-based services.Define and maintain subscription policies, including pricing tiers, feature sets, and renewal processes.
