Senior eDiscovery Project Manager - Cyber

Job Description:

Position Summary

Epiq’s Cyber Incident Response group is responsible for managing and overseeing review of data exfiltrated in cyber incidents to identify, extract, and report on the individuals whose personal identifying information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) were compromised. Successful candidates must have a professional background in the electronic discovery or cyber incident response industry to successfully manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager is responsible for initiating new engagement, coordinating data transfer, and performing data identification & reduction processes. Epiq is looking for candidates that are eager to be the face of the business to our customers and enjoy working with advanced technology.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients at the start of every engagementFacilitate transferring data between external parties and EpiqLead kick-off calls and provide consultative advice on Cyber Incident Response to customersUnderstand and interpret client requirements within the context of eDiscovery/Cyber Incident Response processes.Determine and manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timeframesConduct project design meetings and consult with clients on the development and implementation of efficient and effective workflows for data mining and capture related to data exfiltrationConsult customers on the best data identification and reduction methodologiesPerform data mining processes and report detailed, accurate results to customersCoordinate case closure and data destruction for completed engagementsLearn and become an expert in constantly evolving advanced eDiscovery/Cyber Incident Response technologiesPerform other special projects as defined by management

Qualifications:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in eDiscovery Project Management (or equivalent)Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working with Relativity as a Project ManagerCandidates must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading conference calls and meetings with colleagues and clientsKnowledge of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM)Candidates must be able to manage an active and fluctuating caseloadIdeal candidates will have experience in Canopy or other advanced eDiscovery/Cyber tools, such as Technology Assisted ReviewIdeal candidates will have previous experience in Cyber Incident ResponseIdeal candidates will have a desire to go above and beyond client expectationsA proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to anticipate client needs #LI-Remote #LI-RC1

The Compensation range for this role is 91,922.40 - 183,844.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
