This is a remote position that will require up to 10% travel to PCG offices and other locations.Duties & Responsibilities
Meaningfully engages, consults, and advises clients and PCG teams to help better understand client challenges and key questions, prescribe solutions to address those needs, and capture requirements as they relate to education reporting, visualizations and resultant data structures and collections
Monitors and helps PCG and education agencies evaluate emerging trends in business intelligence and data management, identify potential market opportunities, and play an active role in creating new client services and solutions
Produces reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to satisfy client requirements.
Develops, streamlines, and actively participates in requirements gathering and testing of data deliverables
Actively participates in the design and delivery of client and staff member training and coaching related to PCG data products and solutions
Contributes to the development of white papers and conference presentations focused on leveraging data to drive student outcomes and improve business processes in education
Creates, maintains, and enforces data visualization governance and development standards
Leads special projects, including delegation and validation of tasks to other team members.
Collaborates with other business and technical teams in matters related to data governance, requirements, integration and creation of various data products.

Education - Bachelor’s Degree
Experience - 4-6 years’ experience in data analysis

Mostly remote, with occasional travel to client sites, PCG offices, conferences and team celebrations
