Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Job Description

Design and develop electrical systems and components, focusing on magnetic components such as transformers, inductors, and reactors. Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications. Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks. Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Perform detailed analyses to assess designs' or applications' feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements. Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. Research and test manufacturing and assembly methods and materials. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make recommendations to the maintenance crew.

A master’s degree is preferred.Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, ideally in the manufacturing sector, focusing on magnetic components.Strong understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.Proficiency in CAD and other engineering design software.Additional Skills & QualificationsAutoCAD ElectricalManufacturing process experienceElectrical design experience from scratch (everything is custom designed per client)Prior experience within a manufacturing environmentWork Environment

Onsite 5 days a week schedule as follows: Monday - Thursday: 7:30AM-4:30PM, Friday: 7:30AM-1:30PM, 30 minute lunch. Casual work environment with employee uniforms including polos and shirts, jeans encouraged. Free coffee, crystal light, and tea provided. The company supports a variety of industries including Oil, Electric, Solar, Aerospace, etc. Employee culture includes many company-sponsored events like picnics and annual baseball games where employees can bring their families. Historical 20% growth year over year, with potential to grow 100% over the next two years. Week off between Christmas and New Year's.
