What You’ll Do: + Spearhead the design, development, and enhancement of electrical systems, components, and products. + Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation ensuring compliance with industry standards. + Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met. + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers. + Conduct in-depth analysis, calculations, and prepare procurement and planning specifications. + Manage project budgets, timelines, and customer expectations efficiently. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance. + Mentor and support junior engineers, encouraging technical excellence and career growth. What You Bring to the Team: + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. + 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering; an advanced degree may offset some experience requirements. + Proficiency in industry-leading tools such as SPICE simulation, Altium, and Cadence/Allegro. + Hands-on experience with lab equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.). + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world challenges. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): + Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. + Expertise in compliance testing (FCC, EMI, ESD, conducted immunity, etc.). + Experience working with industrial interfaces (I²C, I²S, SPI, RS232, RS485, Ethernet, USB). + Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
