If you’re a **dynamic leader** with a passion for **electrical engineering** , **project management** , and **client success** , we’d love to talk to you about joining our team! **Qualifications** + Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design and project management within a consulting engineering environment. + Proficiency with design and analysis software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, Easypower, and other industry-standard tools. + Deep understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC), State Energy Code, NFPA guidelines, and FGI guidelines to ensure code compliance and safety in all designs. + Experience with electrical system studies, including short circuit analysis, over-current device coordination, and Arc Flash Hazard analysis (per NFPA 70E). + Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. + Confident communicator, able to clearly convey technical information to clients and stakeholders at all levels. + Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions. + A team player with a positive attitude, client-service mentality, and dedication to fostering collaboration and innovation. + Exceptional skills in gathering, interpreting, and conveying complex technical information to clients and team members.
