Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited InstitutionCurrent Professional Engineering LicenseA minimum of 5 years as a Licensed Professional EngineerAbility to obtain Professional Licensure in the State of Texas10+ years of Electrical Design experience specifically in Municipal/Aviation, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial Office sectors7+ years of hands-on MEP Design Experience3+ years of Project Management Experience3+ years of Supervisory Experience directly over an MEP Design Team
