Position Summary & Goals
In this role, you will be joining the P&G account team. Procter & Gamble is one of our global key accounts and with this team we are thriving for excellence. As a Workplace Operations Technician your main goals will be to: Design, maintain, update and control electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your roles and responsibilities cover the following high-level bullet points.
Maintenance & Repair
Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving electrical design plans and work schedules (SLA requirements).Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.Diagnosing electrical faults and performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.Scheduling the electrical activity to meet the SLA requirements (Corrigo system).Financial
· Drawing up budgets, schedules, and company regulations.
· Analyzing existing processes and suggesting improvement initiatives
Compliance
Training, graduating and acting as Electrical Systems Owner for the entire site (P&G program).Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.Attending required internal and external meetings.
People
Ensure a high level of team spirit amongst all colleagues and contractors, by demonstrating common values and having a pro-active can-do attitude. Supervise all electricity related activities, providing guidance and mentorship.Support site leadership to ensure that the full team matches or exceeds customer service expectations for Infrastructure.
Key Performance Measures
The performance on this role is evaluated by several indicators. These include :
Critical Process Indicators and Key Performance Indicator tracking systems.Safety and Engineering audit outcomes.Client Technical safety qualifications for electrical systems. Quality Assurance Program delivery.Key Competencies:

Excellent written and spoken English.Excellent spoken Dutch and/or French.Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar by experience.Good knowledge of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.Ability to work occasionally after hours, over weekends and on public holidays.Team spirit: shares common goals and values mutual achievements.PC skills: fluency in O365, with focus on Excel.PC skills: easy to adopt to systems like a BMS, ticket system, etc.Result-oriented: does what it takes to deliver, doesn’t make excuses.Location:
