You will lean on your Electrical Engineering training, thorough understanding of printed circuit board design, and hands-on electrical hardware skills to solve a wide range of technical problems encountered during the design, build, testing, and qualification of embedded systems. You will work with system engineers, software developers, mechanical designers, and other technical professionals. You will be successful when system requirements are met through combined efforts of Platform Hardware, Platform Software, and Applications Software Development teams.

Job Duties:
* Develop engineered solutions to solve electrical design problems.
* Thoroughly analyze schematic and printed circuit board problems encountered during development, production, and testing.
* Determine the optimal solution for nonconformances and provide guidance and communication to stakeholders, ensuring process standards are followed.
* Provide technical leadership and oversight, taking responsibility to thoroughly understand technical options and program trade-offs.
* Use effective verbal and written communications, technical drawings, and physical demonstration as needed to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Demonstrate interest in the program vision through all endeavors.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering
* 5-10 years of experience
* Printed circuit board design and build experience
* Siemens Xpedition Enterprise electrical design experience
* Proficient user of SPICE tools for development of safety-critical hardware
* Proficient in all skills required for board bring up
* Due to the nature of the work performed, U.S. Citizenship is a requirement
Preferred Qualifications:
* Space vehicle or aerospace industry experience
* Experience designing electrical systems to meet DO-160
* Safety critical industry experience
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $114,400 to $135,200 annually. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
