We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Baltimore market. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Contributes to the development of concepts and principles to achieve objectives in creative and effective + ways + Prepares contract drawings and specifications in conjunction with the project team for delivery to the client + Documents study progress/results through the preparation of memos, minutes, and reports as a record + of events + Provides direction to project team members and support staff through verbal and written instructions + and assign work to appropriate individuals + Liaise with clients to exchange information (project progress) and act as the primary client contact + Provides technical judgment + Conducts business development activities to secure new projects by client liaison and proposal + preparation + Prepares site visit reports by interpreting findings to give clear recommendations and direction to + clients + Reviews shop drawings and design details by analyzing for continuity and viability + Certifies professional work **Qualifications** **Your Capabilities and Credentials** + Experience in project management + Experience with quality control and production scheduling is preferred - ability to liaise with clients and contractors + Ability to manage a team of technical staff is an asset **Education and Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent + P.Eng. registration in Canada + Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical systems, specifically related to mission-critical, industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings, preferably in the consulting engineering industry Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Pay transparency laws require employers to provide the following information for positions that may be in the following jurisdiction(s): **Salary Range(s):** * 102,100 - 153,200 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CO and HI and MD The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
