We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for direct hire in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will engineer and design facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting equipment and construction specifications and hazardous area classifications in some of the most complex industrial facilities on the planet.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

** This position can work a Hybrid schedule in Conshohocken, PA (typically ~ 2 - 3 days/wk) **
Responsibilities- Design medium and low voltage power distribution systems, emergency generation, lighting and hazardous classified areas at life science style facilities including labs buildings, controlled environment storage and pilot plant production buildings
- Perform calculations and evaluations in the design of equipment and systems for industrial applications
- Directing activities to ensure that construction, installation and operational testing conform to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards and customer requirements
- Maintaining effective communication with project team members and with the customer
- Using engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks
- Performing tier reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy, conformance to codes, specifications, design criteria and conformance to good engineering practices
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years experience in engineering design of building electrical systems
- A Professional Engineer License (any state)
- Ability to perform power system studies including short circuit, load flow, protective coordination and arc flash studies
- Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
