- Coach and mentor engineering staff within the electrical engineering discipline.- Provide technical guidance in new product development (NPD) projects and sustaining efforts.- Serve as the electrical design authority for production releases, including drawing releases, verification test plans, and recurring production tests.- Innovate in new product creation and assist in modifying existing products.- Lead engineering projects and support manufacturing through troubleshooting, testing, and automation system development.
