Job Description
The Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee the budget, schedule, and execution of complex electrical construction projects ranging from $10-$30 million in industries such as education, life science, manufacturing, healthcare, and data centers. The candidate will manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of multiple and simultaneous projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
ResponsibilitiesManage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of project life cycle for multiple projects.Act as the primary contact with clients to deliver projects.Participate in transitional meetings with estimating and business development teams.Review plans and specifications to gain understanding of the project.Develop and maintain detailed work breakdown structure integrated with project schedule.Coordinate and interface with all project team members while promoting open communication.Collaborate with supporting departments to define and manage deliverables.Organize all project documents and drawings using designated software.Accurately forecast project costs, expenses, and resource utilization.Manage and direct subcontractors and oversee material procurement.Handle day-to-day administrative items such as change directives, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders.Lead periodic project meetings both internally and with the customer.Implement lessons learned and strive for continuous improvement while embracing technology enhancements.Perform project closeout and cost reconciliation.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72.11 - $86.53
