Actalent is looking to bring on a motivated and eager Senior Electrical Project Manager for a high profile pharmaceutical client. They have 10+ projects running at one time and they need someone who can manage a project from inception to completion. We are looking to bring on someone with commercial electrical construction experience. We offer flexibility, benefits and a great opportunity to work with a stable, long term client.

Job Description:

Provide oversight to a single large project or multiple electrical construction projects which includes personnel management, contract compliance, project planning and scheduling, reports, cash flow, materials management, safety, job cost and profitability, managing trades and impact of changes in work.Partner with and form strong working relationships with the field craftspeople and supervision, project team, general contractor, other subcontractors, and the client.Utilize LEAN principles and have a keen understanding of what the owner wants to deliver value.Play a key role in managing the financials and making sure the project remains profitable.Continually develop and nurture customer relationships beyond a single project.Mentor Project Engineers and help prepare them for the next step in their profession.Plan the project (ultimately from start to finish) with an understanding of all of the moving parts involved and what it takes to successfully manage the process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related experience, 7-10+ years’ experience in related field.Experience working at a electrical firm or related contractor managing multiple MEP projectsExperience working on data centers, federal work, industrial and/or healthcare is a plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72.11 - $86.53
