What You'll Do:

Performs preventative maintenance and electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs to production and mechanical equipment, machinery and components. Determines causes of operating problems, consults schematics and orders replacement parts. Ability to read blueprints Basic troubleshooting / 3 Phase / equipment up to 600v Performs complex repairs on production equipment motors and mechanical components including basic pneumatics and hydraulics Read schematics - pneumatic, hydraulic, electricalPerforms high voltage electrical repairs (e.g. controls, relays).      Troubleshoots electrical problems, performs preventative maintenance and testing on electrical wiring and components Wires and programs electronics and control boxes with PLC or CNC programming Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications using electrical and electronic test equipment Lays out, builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies production electronic components, parts, switch panels etc.  May test new equipment and troubleshoots operation and makes minor adjustments to equipment.  Maintains and completes all required records.  Lays out, builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies production electronic components, parts, switch panels, electronic equipment and systems.  Makes electronic, mechanical, or electrical repairs on all computer controlled equipment.  Performs PLC and/or CNC programming. Troubleshoots all electronically controlled production equipment. Follows all safety rules and practices.  May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.  Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

·       Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience or equivalent Industrial Maintenance certifications.

·       Certified electrician.
