The Embedded Partnerships team is looking for a Senior Manager looking to help build an emerging business line from the ground up. This person will own growth and revenue outcomes, engage early customers, negotiate partnership deals, and influence business and product strategy. Through your efforts developing and executing go-to-market strategies, you will help drive adoption of new Credit Karma capabilities and services and extend the reach of our mission beyond our 140+ million members.
What you’ll do:
Leverage industry knowledge to craft thoughtful partnership and program strategies, and execute deals and initiatives that accelerate Credit Karma’s embedded strategy at scale Identify and recruit stakeholders within partner teams who will champion Credit Karma, educate them on Credit Karma’s partner proposition, and build alignment between Credit Karma and partner’s executive teams Gather inputs from and coordinate with account, product, technical, legal and other internal cross-functional teams at Credit Karma to create and execute partner strategies Structure and negotiate deals with external partners and manage ongoing partners to expand the embedded business Ensure best-in-class, methodical partner and deal management rooted in milestone management, KPIs and alignment on opportunities of mutual interestWhat’s great about the role:

7+ years of work experience in management consulting, business development, or strategic partnerships Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or at least 5 years of related business experience and a track record of continuous professional development Broad and deep experience executing industry-wide partnership strategies to build innovative product experiences and go to market models Proven ability to navigate technical requirements and product workflows with experience working in a product-centric environment with significant internal and external dependencies Experience negotiating commercial deals with technology partners, including scaling such deals across multiple partners Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally across a wide variety of functionsWhat we would like to see:
