We are on the look-out for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Employee Benefits team as a Client Account Manager. This part of our successful business is responsible for advising SME clients on all aspects of the insured benefits relating to, Private Medical Insurance, Group Risk (Life, Income Protection, Critical Illness) as well as their overall employee benefits and wellbeing package, including, but not limited to, cycle to work schemes, electric vehicles and occupational health.

We will rely on you to:

Manage a portfolio of clients, develop and maintain strong relationships, acting as their trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on employee benefits solutions based on their specific needs.

Oversee the renewal and review process, conducting comprehensive reviews of existing benefits packages to identify areas for enhancement.

Collaborate and build relationships with insurance partners to negotiate favourable terms and conditions for clients.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your own portfolio. Work closely with other areas of the business to source leads and generate new business.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes related to employee benefits.

Develop a deep understanding of the wide range of products offered, including group risk, healthcare, and various wellbeing and client support options.

What you need to have:

Previous client service and sales experience within a professional office setting, with a track record of meeting and exceeding key performance indicators

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, experience in managing client expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Dynamics

Proven ability to work independently, and as a team player, establishing good rapport with both clients and colleagues.

Excellent time management and planning/organisational skills, ability to work independently on your own portfolio of clients
