Your expertise will be\r\ncrucial in navigating organisational changes, including restructures,\r\nre-organisations, and redundancies. You'll play a key role in both collective\r\nand individual consultations, ensuring the smooth delivery of our people plan\r\nto support transformation.

But that's not all! You'll also\r\nidentify training needs and deliver impactful workshops for line managers,\r\nshaping an exceptional employee experience and contributing to our strategic\r\ngrowth.

This role is based from our\r\nStockton office, with the ideal candidate being office based a minimum of 3\r\ndays per week.

What you will be doing:

Partner with assigned\r\n business areas to support volume ER case management, ensuring timely and\r\n effective resolution.Advise and coach HR and line\r\n managers on managing ER situations effectively, using HR policies to\r\n handle matters appropriately and in line with legislative and\r\n organisational requirements.Coach managers and HR on\r\n managing change, balancing legislative knowledge and commercial\r\n considerations.Ensure availability and\r\n maintenance of people change packs and consultation materials, and timely,\r\n positive communication including FAQs.Establish and maintain\r\n internal/external customer relationships to provide high-level service and\r\n accurate reporting.Identify training needs and\r\n deliver workshops on HR policies and processes to improve ER skills and\r\n knowledge across the business

What you’ll bring:

Strong ER experience in a\r\n large, complex organisation, handling diverse case types.Proven ability to lead\r\n business change and restructure programmes.In-depth understanding and\r\n application of relevant laws, regulations, and employment law.Expertise in designing and\r\n delivering ER training to people managers.Excellent communication\r\n skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship-building and\r\n influencing abilities.High attention to detail,\r\n numerical literacy, and relevant HR qualification (minimum level 5 CIPD or\r\n equivalent)
