Senior Endoscopic Technician in Endoscopy Unit at Providence St. Mary Medical Center Walla Walla, WA

Assist Medical Doctor (intra-procedure) while performing endoscopic and other medical procedures in the Medical Procedures Unit/Endoscopy Unit.  Provides High Level Disinfection per Policy and Procedure.   Provides appropriate patient care pre-and post-procedure under the supervision of a registered nurse/MD.

Shift details: This is a full-time, 1 FTE (40 working hours per week), variable shift position.

Required Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or GED - Endoscopy training program. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 2 years Work experience or related healthcare experience; Certified Nurse Aide, Surgical Tech, or Endoscopy Tech preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

On the job training. AA preferred.
