About the Role
Ensure first-time quality and reduction of cost of quality; Implement and guide project team to follow Harman BMS process and compliance with ASPICE requirements in project.

Basic Qualifications:.
>5 years of experience in responsible position in SW projects, preferably in an global environmentQA Knowledge (ISO/TS, ASPICE)Functional Safety knowledge (ISO 26262, IATF 16949)Customer focusAble to work independently in a structured wayGood social skills and confidenceExcellent written and verbal in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:
Proficient in use of software development lifecycle tools, including DOORS, IBM-ALM, etc.Experience with development tools for static analysis, unit testing code reviews, code coverage is highly recommendedCertification in ASPICE or CMMiKnowledge of ASIL levels and requirements in SW planning for FuSa.Effective Problem Solving SkillsEligibility Requirements:
