Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:Designs and develops advanced software applications to support the company's technological frameworkMentors junior engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer and enhancement of team skillsProvides technical leadership to maintain software quality and scalabilitCollaborates with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize software solutionsContributes to the continuous improvement of software systems and strategic goal achievementEnsures the efficiency and reliability of software services through robust development practicesParticipates in other duties or projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation:Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Engineering (Required)Master's Degree Computer Science or Software Engineering (Preferred)
 Work Experience:4-7 years of experience developing software solutions using Python2-4 years of experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues2-4 years of experience working collaboratively with diverse teams in a technical environment

Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.

Leadership

Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers, promoting a collaborative team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.

Proficiency in using analytical tools and methodologies to improve software functionalities and performance.

Process Improvement

Knowledge of process improvement techniques to enhance software development lifecycle.(Preferred)

Experience with Agile development methodologies to manage and streamline project workflows.

Ability to document technical design and process effectively for use by the team and stakeholders. (Preferred)

Strategic thinking to align software development with organizational goals. (Preferred)

Skills in coaching and developing team members for higher performance and career growth. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $114,200 - $206,000

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
