Senior Engineer .Net Developer

This exciting role offers opportunity to: • High Proficiency coding in an Object Oriented Language (OOP), preferably C# • Write high-quality, clean, logical, highly-performing code • Adopt test-driven development and agile practices • Demonstrate and document solutions by using flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, code snippets, and performance instruments • Provide work estimates and participate in code reviews • Maintain job knowledge by studying software development techniques and programming languages. • Work with test teams to ensure adequate and appropriate test case coverage; investigate and fix bugs; create automated test scripts. • Contribute to the software development efforts by contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of world class, high-performance, enterprise grade software applications. • Evaluate business requirements to determine potential solutions. • Understand and evaluate solutions, architecture and designs to create new solutions and enhance existing solution • Work directly with stakeholders, engineering, and test to create high quality products that solve customer problems. • Propose and provide innovative, competitive technical solutions which can make significant business impact and provide value to stakeholders. • Provide work estimates and conduct design, implementation, and code reviews. • Develop and execute plans for incremental and interactive project delivery. • Work with test team to ensure adequate and appropriate test case coverage; investigate and fix bugs • Should be ready to code, create coding standards and ensure code quality • Awareness of cybersecurity standards and practices while solutioning is a must have • Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering /Information Technology/Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution required. • Preferred - Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from an accredited institution. •7+ years of software engineering experience •6 +years experience in experience with .Net Framework •4+ Years in front end and API development •4+ years of experience in SQL database and Postgresql •Proficient in C# •Proficient in architecture design , design patterns •Any knowledge on C++ would be an added advantage • 7+ years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record of shipping high quality products. • 7+ years’ experience developing enterprise grade highly scalable web-based applications and/or distributed systems. • Experience with web application frameworks. • Experience with Node, React,Typescript,Material UI,Postgresql, Graphql, Terraform, Webpack, Knex and Jest. • Experience in Azure, Docker, Kubernetes and Redis. • Excellent object-oriented design and programming skills, including the use of design patterns • Experience in DBMS and ORM frameworks like SQL Server, PostGreSQL • Experience utilizing best practices in software engineering. • Experience in Scaled Agile • Experience in Design patterns, Architecture design, phased solution delivery •Experience in Code respository management and branching stratergy •Experience in code analysis tools •Experience in CI/CD using tools like Azure DevOps •Good to have exposure to cybersecurity • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts. • Strong problem solving and reasoning ability, exhibiting technical innovation and creative solutions. • Abreast of upcoming software development/engineering tools, trends, and methodologies. • Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skills. **Skills:** • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers. • Results-oriented and demonstrated record of developing initiatives that impact productivity. • Proactive and solutions-oriented with experience working in ambiguity. • Fosters an environment where employees feel empowered to experiment, innovate, and make decisions. • Leverages data to create new insights and make better decisions. • Problem Solving - uses digital technology and processes to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, probes all suitable sources for answers, can see hidden problems, is excellent at unbiased analysis, looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers. • Innovation Leadership - effective in cultivating creative ideas of others, demonstrates good judgment around creative ideas and which suggestions will work, has a sense about managing the creative process of others, can facilitate effective brainstorming, can project how potential ideas may play out in the marketplace. • Creativity - comes up with many new and unique ideas, easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions, tends to be seen as original and value-added in brainstorming settings. • Process Management - Good at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done, knows how to organize people and activities, Knows what to measure and how to measure it, Can simplify complex processes, Gets more out of fewer resources • Strategic Agility – sees ahead clearly;
