Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness. Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management (preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 16-20 years of experience in engineering roles within the Real Estate industry. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion. Proven experience in team leadership and project management, delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
