Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing of the M&E related services of the buildings and ensure they are in working order.

About the Role:

Oversee the M&E related services of the buildings and ensure they are in working order.Attend to feedback, complaints and requests from Client or other relevant stakeholders.Provide support to tenancy management on the technical aspect related to M&E systems.Prepare, review and update maintenance scheduleProvide engineering and technical assessment in troubleshooting, identifying the appropriate causes, review and implement the appropriate solutions to resolve engineering issues.Supervise & manage sub-contractors carrying out the routine or reactive maintenance work.Be familiar with the use of the IBMS/BMS system, computerized maintenance management system, e-PTW system.Prepare cost estimates and proposal for ad-hoc works.
Prepare incident report when required, utilities report, M&E reports for KPI meeting, etc.Attend monthly KPI meeting with ClientAny other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors or Client

About You:

Degree or Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 3 years of relevant facility management, plumbing & Sanitary, Mechanical or ACMV related working experience
