We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Engineer** to join our team! **What You'll Be Doing:** + Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to execute and manage the five-year project portfolio. + Prioritize and allocate resources to ensure portfolio goals are met within the approved timelines and budgets. + Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures. + Analyze risks and develop mitigation plans. + Supervise research and studies related to housing projects and develop appropriate policies + Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making in housing projects. + Review and analyze study findings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and drive innovation. + Collaborate with governmental and private entities to enhance research efforts and adopt global best practices. + Lead project teams and ensure coordination among departments to achieve project goals. + Prepare periodic reports for senior management on the progress of the portfolio, research, and studies. + Develop effective workflows to improve overall performance and ensure compliance with standards. + Train and develop team members to enhance productivity and professional growth. + Stay updated on the latest developments in the housing and project management sectors to implement innovative approaches. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's Degree Engineering (or related field. + 17+ years of related field engineering experience, a broad general engineering background, and previous supervisory experience in a project engineering role. + PMP and experience in following the methodologies and requirement of Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) + Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required. + Must possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project. + Knowledge and proficiency in understanding of the responsibilities and impact of project execution. (High proficiency) + Knowledge and proficiency in application of project and staff management principles. + Ability to guide and mentor other team members.
