IT Engineer is responsible for overseeing and leading the ITSD needs of an organization. This role involves planning, coordinating, and directing IT activities, including managing the IT infrastructure & Operations. The IT Engineer supports day-to-day IT related operations and drives innovation to align IT strategies with business objectives. Key duties often include managing IT budgets, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring data security, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Front End User Community
Provide L3 level support if required Need to be Good Listener, Understand the requirement and provide the solution Should be able to co-ordinate effectively with internal IT team members2. Asset Management
Detailed knowledge of IT Hardware Asset and Software License Management, Compliance, Software Types, Licensing and License Compliance and reports Maintaining up to date inventory of Software Purchased Readiness to work on org tools, policies, procedures and co-ordination with vendor to identify and resolving any issues3. Technical Knowledge
Hands on knowledge for Windows Server Support and folder access management Exposure to working at Server Room Familiar with CAD license management4. Techno-Commercial Requirements
Need to handle any type of IT Procurement lifecycle Thorough knowledge about IT hardware, video conference devices and setup and software IT Vendor Management Should co-ordinate for IT Procurements both hardware and software Negotiation with IT vendors and Validation of invoices5. Reports
Prepare MIS reports for team Prepare On Demand Customized Reports in PowerPoint6. Information Security and Compliance
Knowledge on OS license, Design License compliance Experience on managing IT Endpoint Security tools Knowledge of Windows OS Patch management and Endpoint compliance Cybersecurity awareness Handling IT AuditsWho You Are:
You are responsible for the strategic direction and management of an organization’s information technology (IT) systems and initiatives. You focus on aligning IT strategies with business goals, driving technological innovation, ensuring the security and integrity of the organization’s data, and overseeing the overall IT operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience ITSD Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure Familiarity with budgeting and IT cost management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skill.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
