Roles and Responsibilities

As a Senior Engineer- Civil - CSD, your key responsibilities will include:

Leading the design and development of civil engineering projects for airport infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities, including earthwork, pavement, and drainage systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural and structural designs with civil engineering requirements. Conducting feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions. Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and drafters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects without compromising on quality and safety. Participating in the procurement process by evaluating bids, selecting contractors, and monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to project specifications. Collaborating with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits for construction and development activities. Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits to monitor the progress and compliance of civil engineering projects.

Education Qualification
•   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
•   Master's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Certification Required
•   Professional Engineer (PE) license
•   Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
