The Process Engineer ensure smooth process. This includes:

1. Take the lead of yield improvement & productivity improvement of Bore polish process.
2. Lead the CTP / CTQ improvement
3. Lead FG GB projects 
4. Support Smart manufacture implementation in Suzhou 

Drive Process yield improvement and 1st pass yield.Drive FG Bore polish Process Capablity Improvment Drive FG BP Process FEMA, CTP and CTQ controlLead & participate in 6 Sigma projectsNPI supportLead & participant in automation projects

Knowledge: Process control and statistics knowledge. / 6 sigma GB is plus, ISO9000, 

Skill: Analytical and numerical skills. / Result oriented / Good oral and written communication skills.

Abilities: Willing to take challenges. /Solving issue by systematic ways. /Able to work with different disciplines and under high pressure. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree and above in Materials and Chemistry, 5 years or above related experience.
