Roles and Responsibilities: Provide application support for SAP and Non-SAP applications, ensuring their optimal performance and availability Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues related to application functionality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems Assist in application testing, deployment, and configuration Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvements Document support processes and maintain accurate records of support activities Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP and Non-SAP applications Understanding of IT support processes and best practices Familiarity with application testing and deployment Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Relevant certifications in IT support or SAP applications are advantageous 0-2 years of experience in IT applications support Understanding of SAP and Non-SAP applications. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Experience in Service Provider Management with respect to incident management, change request management and RCA’s management and reviews. Experience to conduct weekly review meetings of IT Applications and participate in change management board meetings. Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus
