Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project managementSound Technical Design backgroundExcellent communication and organizational SkillsProject client interfaceFinancial management of projectsWorking with the team to set goals to meet business objectivesAssisting in the development of the engineering staffThorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standardsRelated local experience preferred Qualifications PE in Texas, or ability to be registered in Texas BS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)8+ years of relevant project experience (8-12 years of experience strongly preferred)Experience managing civil/site development projectsExperience leading the civil design efforts for public works or site development projectsSound technical design backgroundExcellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skillsThorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standardsRelated local experience preferred
