(https://d25zu39ynyitwy.cloudfront.net/oms/000000/document/2024/6/SMVZW\_USStrykerEmployeebenefits/USStrykerEmployeebenefits.pdf) Stryker is hiring a **Senior Engineer – Reliability** in **Mahwah, NJ** or **Weston, FL!** As a member of the **Post Market Surveillance Team** , you will be responsible for monitoring the safety and performance of Joint Replacement products. You will use various statistical tools and methodologies to analyze post-market data, develop metrics, and communicate findings with business partners, including Design Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Product Development. As you grow in your role, you will explore different statistical software packages and identify the most suitable signal detection techniques for the products being monitored. **What you will do** + Collect data from multiple sources such as Trackwise and translate the data into meaningful Power BI Dashboards and visualizations + Provide technical expertise in data analysis, data preparation and performance monitoring + Employ statistical methodologies such as control charts and linear regression to help identify safety signals in post market data + Build, manage and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations as needed + Communicate key findings to business partners and leadership throughout the organization + Help develop automated solutions for dashboard and report generation **What you need** Required: + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics or a related field. + 2+ years of experience in quality, engineering, data analysis, statistics, product performance monitoring, or post market. + Experience working in a regulated environment required. Preferred: + Experience with Microsoft Power BI strongly preferred. + Understanding of risk management and trend analysis within the post-market environment preferred. + Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python, SQL) for data analysis and automation preferred. + Understanding of databases and data warehouses preferred.
