We have an opportunity for a Senior Engineering Manager – Services & Connectivity to join our Honeywell Aerospace team in Krakow.

In this role, you will lead and develop engineering team responsible for development of Honeywell's innovative Aerospace dashboard products and solutions, leveraging your technical experience and skills to guide the team in the design and build of solutions from the initial kick-off through negotiating and development, test and production phases, allowing you to expand your leadership skills and be involved with innovative technologies. You will partner with customers and broader engineering teams to ensure the resources and skills needed to drive business growth.

This is a 3+ hybrid role, minimum of 3 days in office, maximum of 2 days from home.

Key requirements:

Fluent EnglishUniversity Degree in Engineering5+ years of experience in Leadership with proven track of leading teams to successful project deliverySignificant engineering experience, including experience with collaborative work with internal and external partners enabling teams to exceed expectations on work delivery and timelinesBackground and experience in software engineering
