A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership: build and lead a team of exceptional engineers adept at building distributed micro servicesAbility to attract and hire top-notch Engineering talent for the organisationHelp implement effective engineering processes and champion their adoption.Provide guidance and enables managers / supervisors to manage day-to-day tasksManage up to 15 reports across multiple small teamsTechnical Vision: evaluate architecture choices on an ongoing basis, in anticipation of increased scale and ever-evolving technology to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business.Leverage technical skills to successfully drive infrastructure & tool improvements for new products and existing processes and workflowsProduct Leadership: define and execute the road map by collaborating with partners in Product, Design and Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

B. Tech with 7-10 years of experience in the software industry.You have experience building and leading a team of exceptional engineers that deliver high-impact results.You have good ideas and can inspire the team to come up with better ideas.You can work through ambiguous requirements and make decisions to push forward.You have passion for building highly scalable solutions with flexibility factored in to make quick pivots as business evolves.You have a good grasp of technologies such as Java/Go and distributed/cloud development.You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both within the team, and across the organization.Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments, coupled with hands-on technical knowledge that enables you to provide insightful technical direction while staying connected to the code.
