Job Description:

Innovative solutions and software product development group with focus on healthcare technology products, solutions and integration with industrywide solutions and service providers. Portfolio includes innovative products and solutions for clinical and operational needs such as telehealth and collaboration workflows. Includes greenfield development on smart workflows and info mgmt portals, integration of AI and ML technologies, real-time platforms and vendor solution integrations through APIs. Technology Stack portfolio includes state-of-art UX, UI experiences, Mobile responsive web apps, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL and NoSQL DB stacks, Secure App, Kafka, Redis, Istio Service Mesh, AI and ChatGPT Integrations, ML/NLP capabilities based solution development.

Prerequisites:

BS/BEng in engineering/computer science or equivalent 3-5 years of software engineering management experience using an agile development process 10+ years developing commercial software in Java, RDBMS and modern web development tech stack. Keen sense of user experience from an engineering management perspective to be able to reason with leads and product owners. Must know springboot based development, full stack experience in the past is a strong plus. Must be able to review architectures, design for information accuracy, supportability, scalability and resiliency. Must be able to help Engineering leads provide estimates, Manage releases with Eng Leads and detailed planning for readiness reviews, releases and support Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results Expertise in object-oriented design and implementation Experience building application development tools, APIs, and/or enterprise application platform software Strong communication skills Must know of strong QA processes, ensure all agile lifecycle KPIs are measured each sprint Must know how to use Jira, Jira reporting for KPI collection and reporting. Must be good with timely accurate and succinct update to management on teams progress, risks, mitigation plans and fit-gap assessments. Must be a good communicator and have strong ethics and fairness in treating team members. DevSecOps experience is a plus or must be able to learn CI/CD processes using Docker/Kubernetes environment. Knowledge of software design patterns, micro-services, event driven and Cloud native architectures is a strong plus. Strong organizational awareness and the ability to work effectively at multiple levels within an organization. Equally comfortable in discussing technical/analytical details with technical thought leaders as explaining technical subject matter with a non-technical audience high-level executive.
