Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Engineering Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead a group of junior engineers to produce structural plans and specifications for the rehabilitation and design of conventional, movable and complex bridge projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Serving as the Engineer of Record for bridge engineering projects.Leading and developing junior engineers.Serving as a subject matter expert for the rehabilitation of movable bridges.Reviews and approves discipline staffing budget estimates and staffing assignment schedules on each projectMonitors the quality and progress of the discipline on each project, ensuring that production requirements are satisfied.Works closely with Project Managers to resolve any existing or forecasted problems related to discipline staffing, quality of work, schedule performance or productivityResponsible for overall managerial and technical direction of the discipline

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 20+ years of related work experience, including significant managerial experience of a large group of Engineers, Designers, and technical support personnel.Professional Engineer registration with active membership in a professional engineering society may be required.Experience supervising and developing junior engineers.

Salary Range: 

$140,700.00 - $253,300.00
