Senior Engineering Manager - CXP

The Azure CXP PRIMO organization within Azure CXP is responsible for building great products to enable Customer Success at scale, focusing on Customer Troubleshooting, Diagnostics, Workload Resiliency, Service Health Experiences, and Azure Advisor within the Azure Portal. We also build, manage, and operate critical systems required for Microsoft Cloud operations at scale, across Incident Management & Response, Quality, and Customer Engagement & Observability. We are an international, diverse team of engineers, product management, technical program management, and data science professionals. We are known for consistently innovating and creating new solutions, utilizing the latest in AI technologies to solve complex problems. As a team, we are empathetic to our customers' needs and driven by data to improve and grow the success of our programs.   

We are looking for a collaborative and skilled senior software engineering manager with a growth mindset who would love to work in an agile development team, embrace and solve new technology challenges. As a Software Engineering Manager on this team, you will have ample opportunities to grow your team, to make a positive impact and obtain valuable experience across the spectrum of technologies, from UI to back-end.
