We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Native Mobile development. This role involves driving the development and delivery of new native mobile features (iOS and Android), leveraging innovative technology tools and practices. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in mobile app development, a creative mindset, and a passion for building user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing mobile applications. You will work in a fast-paced environment, solving complex technical problems and ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Requirements: Solid experience in building and leading native mobile app development (iOS and Android). Expertise in mobile UI/UX design, including Apple's Human Interface Design and Google Material Design. Experience in developing consumer-facing products and platforms with high performance, availability, and scalability. Proven ability to manage software engineering teams in a fast-paced, complex development environment. Extensive hands-on experience with large-scale applications and understanding of application logic and dependencies. 4-5+ years of experience in direct reports/people management, including coaching, mentoring, and guiding technical teams. Experience in attracting, hiring, and retaining top engineering talent. Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development methodologies. University Degree in computer science or a related field.
Responsibilities: Lead a team of highly talented mobile engineers to build and deliver the mobile roadmap, including redesigns, new architecture, and scalable features. Develop mobile features using the appropriate iOS and Android architectural patterns to ensure scalability and robustness. Collaborate closely with mobile product development to understand and meet product and customer needs. Enhance the mobile platform to improve developer efficiency. Manage both co-located and remote engineering teams. Foster continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics. Recruit and cultivate best-in-class and diverse mobile talent from the industry. Drive innovation within a fast-paced agile environment. Engage in hands-on design and ensure alignment of strategy, architecture, and tools with software engineers and architects. Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders within business and technology teams to drive necessary changes for executing product roadmaps. Ensure the creation of high-quality, documented, and compliant deliverables. Prioritize, plan, and execute the development schedule for major product releases.
