Honeywell Connected Enterprises (HCE) is growing rapidly and\nis looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join the HCE\nProgram Management Office (PMO) team. We are seeking candidates to lead the Digital\nServices, AI and Software Accelerator project portfolios where you will be responsible\nfor engaging across stakeholders to deliver the software solutions that will\npower and enable our next generation of AI/ML digital service solutions. You\nwill report to the Director of PMO based out of Atlanta, GA.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of program management experience\nmanaging next generation software solution products. You will have the ability to\nwork closely with cross functional leaders,\nestablish influential internal / external partnerships at\nall levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sr\n Engineering Program Management will report to the Director Program\n Management  Leader and work closely with the LoB leaders /\n business to ensure large cross GBE dependent program are planned\n appropriately and executed within the committed launch timeline and\n budgeted cost in collaboration with the GBE leaders,\n partners and cross functional leaders.Drive\n the Digital Services, AI and Software Accelerator services through\n the entire product lifecycle from business case to proof of\n concept, development, testing, and full product launch.Work\n closely with Product Design function to ensure high quality customer\n experience and interfaces.Work\n with Engineering, Support, Sales, and customers to troubleshoot and\n resolve escalated product issues.Recommend\n and advocate for improvements to existing products\n with collaboration from internal and external stakeholders.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software development, product security, product management, and operations to ensure we are on time and within budget.Your technical proficiency and leadership skills will be key to guiding teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business strategies.Collaborate\n with cross functional and Operations team on go-to-market\n strategy, successful development/testing, and smooth deployment of\n new products.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's\n Degree in Engineering or Computer SciencePMP\n Certification7+\n years of experience in program execution as a Wall to Wall project execution leader. 3+\n years of experience managing projects for AI/ML and\n advanced digital software solutions and verticals5+\n years of experience in proactively managing project budgets
