We are rapidly expanding and looking for an energetic, results-driven, and entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading provider of lease administration, lease accounting, and workplace software and services, targeting financial services, Insurance, professional services, pharma and Technology clients. The Role: As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our suite of Managed Services and Corporate Occupier software solutions. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales approach, engaging C-level executives and challenging their existing processes to offer tailored, innovative solutions. If you have at least five years of experience in enterprise B2B sales (preferably SaaS or outsourced services), we’d love to hear from you!
We provide extensive training to ensure you're fully equipped to succeed, including industry knowledge, product training, and proven sales tactics. While experience in Real Estate is advantageous, it’s not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent MRI professionally, showcasing our managed services and corporate occupier software solutions across lease administration, lease accounting, and workplace management.Exceed sales targets: Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.Demonstrate value: Present software solutions and their benefits in a compelling way to prospects.Handle tenders & proposals: Respond to RFPs, RFIs, ITTs, and work with Professional Services to craft tailored proposals.Negotiate contracts: Manage the sales negotiation and contracting process from start to finish.Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Development, and Implementation teams to ensure client success.Sales forecasting: Keep accurate and up-to-date forecasts in Salesforce, tracking your opportunities from initial inquiry to close.Prospecting: Consistently identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline.Strategic sales plans: Develop and implement sales strategies to win new business and increase market share.Industry presence: Represent the company at key trade shows and conferences.What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of enterprise software or outsourced services sales experience. Real Estate or Finance industry knowledge is a plus.Proven track record: Demonstrated success in closing new business and exceeding software sales targets of $750k+.Marketing & strategy: Strong marketing acumen and the ability to develop winning sales strategies to outperform competitors.Consultative approach: Deep understanding of the client’s business challenges and the ability to present solutions that drive efficiency and growth.Resilience: The ability to push through rejection and maintain focus on long-term success.Team player: Collaborative spirit, with a focus on achieving team goals alongside individual success.Drive for success: High energy, motivated by achieving targets, and always seeking personal and professional growth.Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), web technologies, finance systems, and enterprise business applications.Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver powerful, persuasive presentations.We’re obsessed with making this the best job you’ve ever had!
