Senior Enterprise Account Manager - ITSM
Introduction SymphonyAI Summit is seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Account Manager with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to join our team. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our ITSM solutions. Job Description Responsibilities: Become an expert in SymphonyAI Summit's product suite and value proposition. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business within existing accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers. Identify customer needs and pain points related to ITSM, and position our solutions effectively to address these challenges. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineers and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements. Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, including contract negotiations and account management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies. Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, sales activities, and market insights to management. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise sales account management, ideally with a focus on ITSM solutions. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the IT industry. Deep understanding of ITSM concepts, frameworks, and best practices. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
