About theSenior Enterprise Application Engineer, Application Administrator (Digital Identity) Role:

Under the direction of the Technology Product Owner, the Application Administrator, Digital Identity is responsible for managing configurations, customizations, data quality, and security, as well as providing user support, system upgrades, and comprehensive documentation for Microsoft Entra ID and related digital identity solutions. The role will focus on supporting Humber’s vision of a Digital Campus by ensuring optimal system performance, supporting platform users, and contributing to Humber’s overarching business outcomes. The Application Administrator will partner with the Technology Product Owner to enable a seamless user experience with Microsoft Entra ID and integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration and Product Management: Manage user profiles, security settings, and data-sharing rules, and maintain cloud-based digital identity solutions.System Configuration: Customize Microsoft Entra solutions by creating policies, workflows, and automations to enhance user experience.Third-party Integration: Integrate Microsoft Entra ID with third-party applications and ensure they function in alignment with Humber’s digital identity standards.Ways of Working: Work in an agile fashion and exemplify Product Excellence through embracing, championing and supporting the way we manage work and our product backlog. Promote transparency and accountability in your work.Documentation and Training: Create and maintain system and training documentation, including user guides and training sessions for end users.Operational Support: Conduct feature testing, manage seasonal releases, and support system upgrades to ensure that all digital identity services are resilient and meet business continuity needs.Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work closely with diverse application owners to continually enable new use cases, resolve problems, and drive platform innovation.Performance Monitoring: Measure operational effectiveness and user adoption, ensuring systems align with best practices for security, accessibility, and inclusivity.

Education
