Description We invite applications for the role of a Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst. This position involves a range of critical functions including application support, coordination with business partners, vendors, and Managed Service Provider, and creation of Low Code Solutions. Responsibilities: • Provide application support for SaaS Enterprise Systems, ensuring efficient delivery. • Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and our Managed Service Provider to ensure effective delivery of services. • Apply role-based access controls and manage identity management procedures. • Implement and test patches and upgrades for current and future applications and systems. • Cross-train with department team members and provide backup support as required. • Design, implement, and maintain low code solutions in collaboration with business owners. • Document requirements for new and existing processes and ensure their implementation. • Develop and maintain integrations between application systems. • Automate business and IS process workflows, aiming for increased efficiency. • Lead project progress tracking, including scope, status, and timelines communication. • Apply Agile and DevOps best practices to all projects and activities. Requirements • Candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Enterprise Applications Analysis. • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must. • Experience with Epicor ERP is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Applications is required. • Coding skills are essential for this role. • Familiarity with C Sharp Programming (C#) is needed. • Experience in Agile methodologies is required. • Understanding of DevOps practices is crucial. • Proven experience in Gathering Requirements is necessary. • Expertise in API management is a key requirement.
