Job DescriptionEssential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesLeads the creation and/or evolution of the enterprise architecture function/program:Balances the pursuit of business, information, technical, and solution architectures.Develops enterprise architecture governance structure based on business and IT strategies.Leads the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to develop enterprise architecture requirements.Presents the business case and secures approval for Information Technology Initiatives. Monitors allocation of approved resources.Analyzes technology industry and market trends and determines potential impact upon the enterprise.Oversees enterprise architecture implementation, ongoing refinement activities, and the development and execution of communication plans (including training) for enterprise architecture standards.Acts as a consultant to IT and business leaders in the development of IT solution for business needs.May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.Performs other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Field of Study: Computer Science or a related discipline.Experience: Generally, 10 or more years of related experience, including architecture design and deployment, system lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations. 3 years of experience in leading multiple, large, cross-functional teams.Business Unit:
