As our Senior Product Owner, you will be creating the product roadmaps for our Technology Development for our Insurance Products and Services. In addition, you will champion the interests of our insurance stakeholders to support our ACE initiatives for service quality, growth, product expansion, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
Act as the primary contact for the Guidewire Insurance Product Teams .You will work in a fast-paced environment and will have interactions with a variety of stakeholders and executives as we effect positive changes within the company. This position sets the vision for the company. It is a transformational role and sets the direction of the company’s insurance products. You develop and support positive working relationships with the Executive and Senior Management teams across the Insurance Business Units.You are goal-oriented and able to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and financial forecasting.You will be able to achieve business results and remain positive and focused on moving forward, regardless of obstacles.User-centric /customer-centric focused, embrace Agile practices, and have a learning mindset.Strong team member who inspires, innovates, and delivers results to add value and make a difference.Your goal will be to prioritize a number of impactful projects and steer them to successful implementation.You will lead a team of 10-20 direct reports, overseeing daily workflows and interactions. Additionally, you will provide input on the activities of teams outside your own.What You’ll Need
Product Owner or Management Experience.Experience with the Insurance industry, personal lines preferred but not required.Experience with Guidewire Insurance platforms.Experience managing a large team direct employees (planning, coordinating, and directing team functions; including hiring team members).Experience working on an Agile team.Experience leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research preferred.Experience converting high-level priorities into the product backlog.#LI-SJ1
The starting pay range for this position is:
$138,100.00 - $203,700.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
